Usually termed as condo is a building divided into numerous units with different owner but share a common living area. Common area includes which may not be limited to, walkways, elevators, gym etc. Using these common living area is usually covered by restrictions, condition and boundaries or additional rules that is being managed by a Trustee. Condominium Unit

Is a portion of the condominium separately owned by an individual. Philippine condominium units are legally documented with a special type of ownership title called CCT or Condominium Certificate of Title.

CCT is an ownership certification of a condominium unit. You can find in the CCT the specific detail of the unit such as, location, measurement, unit number, floor number, name of the developer, of course the name of the owner.
